Mookie finds a way to win ball games. Look back on his minor leaguye career. He just finds ways to win.

I feel sorry for Craig and all but COME ON. He can't play the game. We have options. Enough is enough.

Martin should be embarrassed, an inning after back handing a ball he should've blocked, he does the same thing and gift wraps the Sox a win. And why not IBB Mookie there? Thanks for the W, we will happily take it.

Craig just cannot seem to pull the ball with power any more. That trendline continues. We should trade Victorino and Craig with whatever salary we can unload at this point. They will avoid that like the plague for Craig in particular but I don't see that bat geting better. And I can't see any GM pulling the trigger even on a complete salary dump for either. My hope is some team which has not much going for them who is willing to take a chance on Craig to give him some PT if we pick up most of his salary. Lackey for Kelly and a bad contract.

So dropping Mookie in the order seems to have been a premature request from a few of you guys.
Also Xander getting a hit on the pitch and location that killed him last year, then scoring the winning run. Money
Great win and Kelly definitely had positives to draw from his start as well.

Remember when the season was basically over 4 innings ago? A.) The Sox won't go very far off 6 IP and 5 ER merits a QS. B.) The Sox only seem to win when I vehemently call them out, just so I can look like a jerk.

Kelly has been just as good as Lackey this year and will be under control for longer. Lackey is 36, and probably only going to decline from here. Looks like Kelly is getting better. Even if we eat Craig's contract, I think this trade will work out just fine for us.

And why not IBB Mookie there? I dunno, maybe they feel like Pedroia and Ortiz are good hitters? I know, it sounds crazy.

Just my opinion, I get that you don't want to face Pedey or Papi, but the odds are just better. If Pedroia hits the same hard grounder Mookie did, it's a double play.

I am so glad I avoided the gameday thread today. The bandwagon is real. Wow. People are so spoiled after 2004-2013. Relax.
I seriously thought the score was going to be something like 15-5 when I read this before actually looking at the game result.
