Royals color commentator says Chili Davis was one of his top 5 favourite teammates and he learned more about hitting from him than any other teammate. Fire him

And suddenly Pablo Sandoval has a nearly identical triple slash line to last year...

And suddenly Pablo Sandoval has a nearly identical triple slash line to last year... Who would have thought it? Also, not to get too excited... but it might actually go a little higher if he keeps hitting exclusively left-handed.

And suddenly Pablo Sandoval has a nearly identical triple slash line to last year... And we shouldn't be surprised. He's been a streaky hitter his entire career, something that's been echoed on this board. I can understand the frustration with his fielding, but people are being way too critical of Panda. I mean, to even compare his contract to Crawfords...

If only Ortiz hadn't grounded into that DP.... Hanley needs to keep that middle of the park stroke. I feel like he sells out to pull too much and he loses out on his natural gift of power to all fields.

He is really struggling. Looks like he is guessing and not doing a good job of it.

I know we are winning 6-1, but like double plays are our absolute favorite. It is maddening.

Even if leftfield is still a mystery to the guy, Ramirez can really put a hurt on a baseball.

I wonder what people would be saying if Sandoval made that baserunning blunder. But Mookie Betts is above all criticism apparently

Hanley needs to come out of the game in the bottom of 7th. Castillo in for Defense. (it won't happen)
EDIT Joe Castiglione and O'Brien are baffled as to why Hanley would come out of the game.

He makes his share of mistakes on the basepaths and doesn't seem to catch heat for it. But Hanley and Panda get blamed for just about anything.

FOR those of us barely watching, what would have happened if he held at 3rd? and, with that in mind, explain why it was not worth the shot at home.

If he held at 3rd he would not have gotten out, but chance for a double play. Tough to say it was the wrong play by Mookie, but the DP would have been tough.

Erod's pitching ,and Xander's D have been the two most encouraging things for me in a bad year..
