Price is going to get torch at some point with middle in pitches.

The Sox offense hasn't scored in 16 freaking innings...

Price is going to get torch at some point with middle in pitches. That's why he has 4 walks. The strike zone is tiny.

Maybe it is just time to realize that our team stinks. I am getting so sick of this ****. Maybe the ump screwed up, but the Yankee lineup puts up professional at-bats. We don't.

That's what happens when the Red Sox batters have a huge strike zone and the Yankees have a tiny one. Red Sox are really pissed about this too. Both Price and Farrell had words with the ump between innings.

The good news: There are seven fresh arms available in the bullpen.
The bad news: Oops too late for it to matter.

Price's post game interview may be the most interesting part of this game. That might be a gem.

Price putting unneeded pressure on his shoulders and then crumbling under it. Absolutely classic. Look forward to his post game tears.

Xander scores on a passed ball.

They're going to lose 2 out of 3 to NY and 4 of 5 this season. NY is no juggernaut but I'm not convinced that the Red Sox are a better team and will wind up ahead of them. I feel fortunate that the Red Sox hung on to win the first game thanks to Joe Kelly and Craig Kimbrel pitching like supermen out of the bullpen.

Since the 23rd of May, Mookie's BABIP is .204!

Without the passed ball, their last run was a solo shot by Benni in the 5th inning game 1.
Too often this team is not showing up.

Since the 23rd of May, Mookie's BABIP is .204! it's a mix of bad luck in there, he crushed a lot of balls to the warning tracks. He isn't a power guy and should take Bogaerts approach to just making contact and dunking it to the outfield.

I'm not going to hate on Price tonight, but maybe he would have less of a problem with the media if he were to pitch anywhere remotely close to what he did for the Rays/Tigers/Blue Jays?

Sanchez owns Price, and so does the Yankees. Only 5 more years.
