It's pretty nuts that the last thing Trever Bauer did for the Indians is throw a ball over the centerfield fence and the last thing Puig did for the Reds was continue a brawl far too long and was almost ready to deck his own teammates who were trying to restrain him. The last thing I'd want on the Red Sox is either of those players.

duplicate ... VTsox with the quickdraw I'd be disappointed but I'm not. I don't buy Greene's performance going forward for the rest of the year, although for Chatham and Shugart I wouldn't have complained. |

I was imagining the rage if we don't do anything for the bullpen in the next 30 minutes (or even if we make a minor move for a non-"pRoVeN cLoSeR"), but then I imagined the rage in New York if the MFY continue to strike out on every frontline starting pitcher, and I felt a little better.

I had a hard time scouring selling teams' bullpens and finding anyone at all of interest that would even possibly get traded. It seems like every decent target was already on a good team.
If they traded for no one, I wouldn't be surprised or even disappointed.
