Baby steps, but Drew at least had some professional looking at bats and made contact tonight. He's had decent at-bats, but I literally can't remember the last time he hit a line drive or really hit a ball all that hard. It's all ground balls to second or lazy fly balls to the opposite field. His timing at the plate just looks all out of sorts.

I'm glad that Fox doesn't abuse the pitch tracking technology like TBS, but they could definitely use it more often.
Also, T-Mobile needs to stop with these commercials. They're awful.

Drew didn't strike out tonight and got the first rbi, something he hasn't been able to do... small steps

Well, this is it. Having pulled Ortiz, the Sox have to win this game now, and I think Farrell knows it. He's played this as a 9-inning game, period.
He may have gotten just enough out of Doubront.
You know what the strategy is now. Try to get this one, and depend on Lester to be a horse tomorrow. OR .....
I'll throw out a wild idea. IF the Sox win the game tonight, pitch Dempster and Workman tomorrow. It may give up tomorrow's game, but you go back and throw Lester in game 6, Lackey in game 7.

These umps appear to have completely different strike zones for the Cardinals and Red Sox.

Why have people been so willing to give up/throw away world series games? They count for more than anything.

Thank God for replay cameras, as Fox "live" was showing some fans. Keep your head on the game, Fox.

Wow...what a bonehead play by Wong who appeared to be stealing with one of the best post-season hitters in MLB history at the plate.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a move. So now we've had 2 consecutive WS games ended by an obstruction call and a pickoff. Let's see, what could we get to end tomorrow's game??? I've got it, the last St. Louis hitter hits a walkoff, come-from-behind homer, but has batted out of turn and so is called out.
