Moncada wasn't a miss and the Red Sox did trade him to upgrade another part of the roster. Won a World Series because of it. This is so weird. honestly, If Anthony or Mayer on their 30 years old season have put up 1 season with a WAR over 3.7, and have battled injury for over half their career, I would consider that a miss due to injury, but still a miss Eh. Xander and Ellsbury are examples of "perfect" scouting, drafting, and development. Maximized value on-field, allowed to leave via FA at overvalued contracts. We're spoiled as fans to see the wild success of the Red Sox organization over the past 24+ years. Arguably, all of the Sox current top 10ish prospects are already huge successes because they can fetch high-value major league talent. If you can churn out +3WAR players or trades regularly, you're going to win a lot. Yoan Moncada more or less won the Red Sox a World Series. And I suspect he'll have a great second-half of his career.

Pete has 3 seasons over 4.0, and the only way he gets over $200m is if he signs for 10 years honestly, I assume Pete is at the 5/$125 area and stays with the Mets

Using bWAR just because this is what I have up, Moncada has a 5.2 WAR year and a 4.0.
Jackie Bradley has one year over 3.4 bWAR.
Andrew Benintendi has one year over 2.8 bWAR.
The standard for even a top prospect isn't Betts or Bogaerts. Moncada has a 3.1 WAR/162 average.
