I'm watching for any team that has/gets 2 1st round picks in next years (2018) draft. I think Jimmy G could get traded at the trade deadline this year to one of those teams if Brady stays healthy & Brissett develops.
Looks like Cleveland has 2 1st round picks & 2 2nd round picks in 2018, and Buffalo has 2 1st round picks in 2018 as well.
I think Cleveland is positioned well to make a run at Jimmy G at this years trade deadline.

Cabot (Cle reporter) thinks (guesses, as she admits) that NE told the Browns "not enough" instead of "No" in trade talks last night. Possible someone blinks but as Kevin Duffy asks, if the bulk of the return is 2018 assets, why do it now (unless it IS dmaine suggestion of 2 1st rounders next year PLUS)

Breer reporting that while the Saints' taking Lattimore might mean they aren't looking for a number 1 corner, the 1st round being over isn't an issue. The Pats were supposedly looking for a package built around #42 not #32 (or #11).

I don't think Garrapolo and Butler are going anywhere. I don't buy the stories Brown's didn't offer enough. Look at what they turned the #12 pick into. By all accounts that's more than what the Patriots wanted. This sure seems like they are worried if Brady wins another Superbowl next year he could walk away. I don't think they buy the another 3-5 years talk. His wife was already begging him to retire after last year. It's really the only thing that makes sense. I'm sure they have a better read on him then we do.

I think Cleveland is building it's team for the future. Get everything set and then grab Jimmy G. next year when he's a free agent. Of course, if Brady falls off a bit, they might franchise Jimmy. I like the Pats hanging on to Jimmy, just in case, and hanging on to Butler to give them a solid defense. Outside of injuries, who can beat them? They feel like the MFY back in the 50's. They've been doing that for almost 30 years now. They were smart this year. They got three really good players rather than reaching for a QB. History tells us you're just as likely to find a QB after the first round. Look at Brady, Wilson, Prescott, Brees, Dalton, Garoppolo , Carr, Romo, Cousins, etc. Unless there are elite guys you shouldn't over draft them just because you need a QB at top of draft.

Adam Shaheen is gonna be interesting to see where he'll go. Bears. Chicago wants to give their new QB a weapon that can grow with him.

Bunch of picks to go but two players Patriots seem to love are dropping in Obi Melifonwu and Zach Cunningham.

I can't believe the Bengals took Mixon... they never take guy's with character concerns... (insert eye roll emoji here)

Weird draft, CB gets drafted in first round accused of rape, RB in second who knocks out a women. I guess talent trumps everything right now.

It amazes me that the Bengals just don't care at all. How can you create a winning culture with a locker room full of degenerates? I mean a few here and there I get. Talent does matter but there's no leadership there and they've never won crap. But keep drafting and signing these guys. Maybe they are content to be a playoff team that doesn't have a prayer.

The Browns have an A+ draft right now. Kizer in late second is a great pick. Now get him some more help. Can't believe Brown's look they know what they are doing.

On Conley, I thought I heard there was a video that showed the witness lied on a significant piece of her report.
Mixon? Don't get that one. No misunderstanding there. Guy is a dirt bag.
