Huge comeback driven by hard work and unselfishness. Love it.

The lack of hustle there by Rozier just kills me. You're getting muscled inside and can't grab a rebound to save your life, at least throw yourself at the ball. Oh man they came out and flat out BALLED after that play. Horford was great, Morris hit an insane shot, Kyrie finally arrived. Great win, it was impressive how they broke the Grizzlies will at the end.

Yeah yet another ANOTHER game where Kyrie carries you to a win on his own offensively.
Do we need to keep the totals on this or what?

He’s been a great player for a long time; everyone has flaws. He’s very aware. The favorite part of his game this year, for me, is his hustle and scrappiness. Rebounding is better. Deflections -loose balls. He’s living what he’s preaching to the younger players. Tatum has an off scoring game but his defense, those back to back steals, were key to the come back. He had a pretty full box score despite his scoring totals being low. Good stuff by him.

Btw... Yabu is quietly developing into a factor.

Oh I meant arrived at the game, he had a relatively poor first half aside from some really good passes. He was a monster in the second half along with Morris and Horford. The level they played after Rozier didn't dive at that ball was really unreal, this has been a heavily scrutinized season and the highs and lows were perfectly shown in last night's game where they played like sh*t for good chunks of it. But when they're on, they're ON. Team was playing so well that Yabusele of all people had a really good 4th quarter. Not to mention his gigantic ass could probably guard two guys. What is it about Danny and fat short centers?

You can offer Randle a contract next year starting at 120% of his current deal then add yearly raises. The deal would start at around 11 million. So you can offer Randle a lot of money right? That is what we did with Baynes 120% of last years salary. I'm not totally up on the raises, but wouldn't that mean you could offer him close to 55-60 million Over 4 years?
He quickly signed with a playoff contender last year, rather than try and chase big money from teams like the Bulls, Hawks, or Kings. Not a ton of money out there and you can give him a lot more than the mid-level. So yea I'd worry, but it's not a 100% he's gone type thing either. Unless you think a team is going to offer max level money or close too it.
Randle can replace Morris's scoring, adds rebounding, and would allow you to play bigger with Horford and Randle. Yet that is still like a small ball type line-up in a way. He gives you a low post scorer we lack, a guy that can also get to the line a ton.
I'm not trading Brown, he's the future. So I would trade Morris. Trading Rozier isn't an issue, but you need to replace him and that won't be easy. I don't even know if you'd have to trade a first round pick if you offered Morris and Rozier. Pelicans want to try and keep Davis at all costs and that package is taylor made to fit that teams needs. Morris as a starter, Rozier as the 6th guy or maybe starter at SG. That team fits better around Davis and adds depth. Nevermind it could help the Pelicans make the playoffs and push down the Kings and Grizz.
It makes sense, but it just won't happen. Danny won't mess with this team that much. More than anything to keep Irving happy and he just doesn't like big moves during the season and that would be a huge move. Removing two rotation players and getting two new ones.

It’s so weird seeing Pop coach circles around Stevens 🙄

Kyrie has carried the team all year. When he doesn't score as much in some games, the team stumbles.

Come on now you allowed 46 points in the 3rd quarter and Irving scoring is the issue? They scored 30 points in that quarter so its not like our horrible offense helped them. It was just horrible D. This team should and will long-term win most games it scores 111 points in. Rozier and Brown went off for 45 points off the bench. With Horford not 100% and no Baynes guys like Aldridge and Capela are owning the paint.
Three recent loses, 120, 127, 120 points allowed. The offense is looking good overall, it's our D lately.

46 points in the 3rd is most certainly why they lost last night. Gave away easy points down low that then led to wide open 3s which they hit at a high rate. Baynes is sorely missed. Theis looked utterly useless at times

Zero adjustments by the coaching staff didn’t help either, though that’s been a common theme throughout the season.

Zero adjustments by the coaching staff didn’t help either, though that’s been a common theme throughout the season. He tried Yabu when Theis wasn’t working and literally had no other bigs to go to with Baynes and Williams out

Zero adjustments by the coaching staff didn’t help either, though that’s been a common theme throughout the season. I didn't watch the game so I don't know man, but just looking at the box LMA scored 32 points and Bertans added 17. They got outrebounded again. I don't think this is an adjustment issue, this is a legit roster construction issue. Theis is limited and Yabu is fat and prone to being out of place on defense. They're going to get exploited. (edit: basically what RJP said lol) We could be criticizing Stevens if he had any options on the bench, but with Baynes out and Horford on a minute limit it's ridiculous out there. Watch out for KAT tonight.

It's why I don't understand not filling the open two-way roster spot. Cam Oliver a PF that I loved in the draft is available in the G league. He can rebound, block shots, and shoot. Heck Davis who we drafted and traded to Memphis is available. Why not give them a try? Both guys can block shots and rebound in ways that Theis and Yabu can't. Oliver could add more scoring than Theis. If they don't workout then cut them. gleague.nba.com/player/cameron-oliver/

LOL was that Wiggins trying to call a timeout and getting the ball stolen from him leading up to that lob? Thibs is going to flat out murder him one of these days.

Man I only remember KAT being doubled on one play during that quarter. Try to remove the ball from him, we got nobody that can guard him. Really bad quarter all around.

Another big fail 3Q on defense. You would think this would be getting embarrassing for them.

KAT has zero fear of Yabu and Theis and its easy to see why. Glad to see Smart back, I thought that was going to be bad.

Brown and Tatum seem out of synch on Offense tonight. Monster game by Hayward saving us so far.

34 assists. Team wide win. Horford, Rozier, Smart nice games...and Hayward of course. Still need to fix the bad quarter that haunts so many games. Interesting team that seems to thrive when a star or two are out.
