Hayward is having his best game of the season so far. The Raptors were going on a run at some point. Feel good about the lead at halftime. They are battling both the refs and Raptors tonight.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a Celtics team with less of a killer instinct. They’re as soft as it gets right now. I don't think so, I think they're struggling on offense. They have the best defense in the league, they CAN'T be soft.

Wish we had more interior height....for offense and defense.

Just like that, the Celtics are about to be down by 10. The Raptors might just be plain better than the Celtics this year.

Please and thank you.

LOL at the refs for saying Hayward touched the ball before the ball went out of bounds and his hand was 3 feet away from the ball when it went past him.

I don't get why Morris is in the game in the last 4 minutes of the game.

I don't get why Morris is in the game in the last 4 minutes of the game. Well he played great defense on Leonard on the last play of the 4th quarter at least.

Hopefully that was the win this team needed to get on track.

Team learned some things about themselves tonight. Irving is just blazing..but tonight's Tatum is the one we need every night (he is still so young!). Hayward getting lots of minutes and playing well. Horford playing with lots of heart. Important win...one to really build on.

He looked like the allstar the Celtics paid for. Kyrie had to carry them offensively, but that's why he's here, to do just that. Hey Umass, the Celtics scored over 100 points with Kyrie at PG. I joke of course.

Hell yes this game. Hell yes! This was awesome beyond words because seriously we were due for a game like this where they just wouldn't lose. Kyrie looked like a true MVP in the 4th, but it was his first points in OT that amazed me. It might have looked routine, but it wasn't and he had Ibaka guarding him. The only reason it didn't look that close is because no matter who was guarding Kyrie on that play, he was getting those points. He wouldn't be blocked by anyone. Truly mesmerizing.
And if Tatum can control his dribble just a bit better he's going to be unreal. Such a great all around game. Hayward had maybe his best game yet as a Celtic. I'm feeling bad for Jaylen because he still looks so lost at times. No matter, this game finally got me on board again. I'm a believer again. We're bound for greatness.

I'm feeling bad for Jaylen because he still looks so lost at times. Anyone else see Jeff Green in Brown? Flashy some nights. Inconsistent all the time. Athleticism beyond belief, but might never put it together. That's what Jeff Green has been in the NBA his whole career.

That's what Jeff Green has been in the NBA his whole career. I can see some similarities, but Jaylen is a really fast dude for his position. Green was always a tweener and his lack of speed limited his ceiling. Green is also very skilled while Brown is inconsistent at best. I see a taller Avery Bradley without the truly elite defense.

Great game last night, it was needed and they delivered. Kyrie showed why he is one of the top players in the league, GS was pivotal finally and Tatum looked like the guy I want to see every night.
Last night was big but I want to see how they gel moving forward, starting tonight.

www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/25283082/why-boston-celtics-offense-broken-nbaNice win and a win is a win. More positives than negatives, yet we still have issues. Seems Marcus Smart is more of a leader than I thought. His outburst had us get back to back victories, while Irving was talking about needing a 14-15 year Vet. Pedro my issue was never a 100 points. Even with Irving going off they got 107 points through 4 quarters. Raptors give up a 110 points a game. The ESPN article highlights what I've been saying about our offense and Irving. As good as he is, his impact on our other players isn't great. Great offensive player not great at running our offense and making sure other players are taking the right shots. He's the PG and has the ball the most, that's on him. To make sure Tatum, Horford, and Brown are getting enough opportunity inside and not just jacking up threes and long two pointers. This team has way too much talent to rank 23rd in points per game and offensive efficiency. I hate to say this but the more I watch Irving, the more he seems like Melo. A crazy gifted scorer that just doesn't do much to make the players around him better. Without LeBron it seems glaring.

We may need to adjust our expectations if peak Melo is a guy you don’t think can help you win a title.

Does Jaylen plan on playing well at any point this season?

Can this team actually play four good quarters in one game?

Can't watch the game. Watching 4 of my nieces and nephews here. Will watch the highlights later. Doesn't seem like I'm missing much anyways, which sucks.

Not watching, just looking at the Gamecast and box. with 10 minutes remaining they are down by 19 AT HOME and 4 for 28 from 3 (that would be 14%). Rozier, Morris and Brown are combining for 1 for 16 from 3.
Back to the drawing board for Brad and the boys.
Kyrie with zero assists and 5 fouls.

You cannot overstate how bad of a job Stevens has done with this roster.
