Check out the hang times. He just pops those lazy flies over that friendly fence. It's good for a laugh unless he's doing that against your team
And the baseball.

And the baseball. It was the same year the Yankees set a MLB team HR record. Anyhow it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

This is the MFY's we are talking about. When it ocomes to conspiracy theories / criticism, I didn't know boundaries existed. I am with patford on this; you boys are backing the wrong horse.
Besides, they aren't asking to keep it sealed because they don;t care what comes out ?!?!
Our guys got exposed, let them have the same fate. this is just another way they arrogantly believe they should be treated differently. Screw them.

Well, when it comes to conspiracy theories, it does annoy me that the NFL, MLB and NBA all keep choosing people from NY as commissioners and the NY teams don't seem to get the same punishments. The one exception I can think of is A-Rod.

What are the incidents in which a New York team has received a lesser punishment than another team in the same position?

Other than the current scenario playing out? - www.nbcsports.com/boston/new-england-patriots/tom-e-curran-lack-of-punishment-to-new-york-giants-shows-sense-of-entitlement-in-nfl- The NFL suspending Josh Brown for one game before later changing it after people complained. - The Jets got 100k for tampering with Revis, the Chiefs got docked 350k and two picks for tampering with Maclin around that same time. - Putting John Mara in charge of the NFL Management Council which hands down punishments (inappropriate). Aside from this... it would just be nice to get more geographic representation. As much of the media is based in NY anyway, we already get more than our fair share of their point of view.

What are the incidents in which a New York team has received a lesser punishment than another team in the same position? I would detail, but the bandwidth of the post would crash the entire site. I remember that Sanchez brawl v Tigers, where he was throwing haymakers and a sucker punch and got less suspension than Cabrera. There is all kinds of instances. All kinds of favoritism, and the fact the league has had many former Yankees in league positions makes it appear as bad as it is.

Those aren't comparable and a horrible example if you are trying to show the Yankees get special treatment. Yankees spending was allowed under the rules, just like the Red Sox did it. The Red Sox broke rules funneling money to players through other players.
