Biggest surprise just in. Falcons draft AJ Terrell, CB, Clemson.
Based on Kiper/McShay/Miller/Jeremiah/Brugler boards, he was more in the 2nd round range.

And another 1 with Raiders taking Damon Arnette, CB, out of Ohio State

Only Minny left before we pick. Had combined the works of Perry/Kyed/Lazar/Dussault to get a "board" for the Pats and all of the guys are still there:
Jefferson/McKinney/Murray/Aiyuk all there (along with some other Top of 2nd Round guys).

Patriots getting 37 and 71 for 23. I like it a lot. Once Lamb went, the talent pool was going to be about the same into the 4th round.

Alright....1st round is in the books. We have the #5 pick of Day 2. Who do you like?

Feel like Marlon Davidson is a BB guy.

My guess is another trade down. They better not - already have too many picks - they should use this one then trade up if they can later.

Feels like they could wait until 71 to get Wilson (or Malik Harrison).

Whomever is left between McKinney and Winfield wouldn't surprise either.

There still seem to be a fair number of guys that would be good for NE, so I'm gonna say BB trades down again. Gonna be an exciting day with 5 picks in rounds 2-3. If he sticks at 37, I hope he goes with Epenespa or Gross-Matos, or one of the safeties.

How about another Georgia RB??
With all these picks and uncertainty on a season could we see trading up in next years draft with this years picks? Could be a good strategy as they have no idea how much time they will get to coach this years picks.

Teams seem to have caught on to Bill trading a pick in one draft for a higher round the next year.

His favorite move was trading a first for a second and next years first. He always had 2 first round picks and just used the second one to get a free second round pick. Then the league took it away from us by docking us a pick.

Baun, Epenesa, and Gross-Matos stand out to me for #37 if available.
I also agree they could take one of the top safeties. I wouldn't be completely surprised by Josh Jones, OT.
I like targeting TEs and WRs in Round 3.

They can do almost anything. I wouldn't rule out a trade down for more ammo so they can move up with other picks. I think there will be a huge run on WRs. I want to look at need yet Bill really never does. So Grant Delpit or Antoine Winfield Jr. I really like Delpit, I like play making safeties and he does it all. Injuries hurt his play last year, yet 2018 5 sacks, 4 QBH, 1 FF, 5 interceptions and 9 PBU. The guy makes plays, his 6'3" with long arms. Bill loves safeties, he loves them in the 2nd round and you find Chung's replacement right about where you took him. He can fill in to Harmon's spot this year.

Talk about this being the deepest second round in years, you’d like to see them take a guy at 37 then trade back into it, but they’ll probably trade down instead.

I think the depth goes all the way through the 4th round. It just depends what you want.
