We’re back to JAG Tristan Thompson. Getting abused any time he gets switched onto Harden, not finding any offensive rebounds, turns the ball over when he tries to score near the basket.

He’s still a solid backup, but he really shouldn’t be playing 30+ minutes regularly anymore. It really sucks Rob can never stay on the floor, because he’s exactly what this team needs. |

Given the talent mismatch, they have no margin for error, and this game has just had too many busted layups and defensive miscommunications and bad fouls.

The young players have shown out tonight, despite the score. There’s a lot to criticize about this roster, but I’m curious to see what Langford, Nesmith, Pritchard, and Rob Williams look like after their first real offseason.

Can’t fault the effort tonight they were just outgunned. Looked like a team of HOF playing a team comprised mostly of filler. Having 3 of the top 6 or so players injured doesn’t help either

Saw a pic of the kid that did it. Looks on-brand for him that he threw it and also that he threw it poorly. Quite an idiot
Gives Kyrie an excuse to do his holier-than-thou BS even though he was basically baiting a fan to give him that response

Once again Kyrie has to prove to everyone that he is a jackass. I mean really the C's and their fans treated you so poorly that you are going to do that to the logo?  What a total POS!!! I hope their are some hard fouls coming his way game 5 and I don't care if that sounds childish, I am a hockey player at heart and that's how we roll. I think and hope Marcus might feel the same way. Disrespectful POS. I know the Celtics of the 80's would take some shots and I hope Brad uses that video to fire up the team prior to the game. I really hope I am not disappointed as it will say a lot about this teams heart. |

People get way too offended when their team’s logo gets disrespected. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s lame and corny - which are two words that describe Kyrie well - but it’s just a logo. It’s just not worth getting worked up about.
I may be in the minority, but I’m kind of over the Kyrie stuff. He wasn’t here long enough to warrant this much attention, and he’s not even one of the top two players on his team.

There’s 2 stories here...
If my kid does something disrespectful or acts like a jackass, and has a water bottle thrown at her then I’m going to be telling her she does stupid things then she wins stupid prizes.
Conversely, if she gets disrespected and reacts by throwing a water bottle at someone then I’m putting her at fault for being an asshole and losing control over little things that don’t matter.
I really don’t get why people only look at it one way or another. Life isn’t that simple. Both people here are idiots.

Both people here are idiots. The ultimate take here. It's not like stepping on the logo is a harmful thing, but it's not like Kyrie could have DIED from the water bottle. I feel like this is a nontroversy that will be forgotten quickly when the Bucks absolutely obliterate the Nets and the narrative shifts from Irving wanting Nash fired again. |

I think it probably has something to do with the fans presence, players haven't felt that intensity in a long time, plus the fans are unnecessarily upping the aggression by throwing shit and attempting to assault players. Like the malice at the palace situation, fans getting aggro never ends well for anyone and just results in increased danger to all. |
