Just taking the temperature here—would you rather they win these last two games and make the playoffs but get waxed by the Chiefs or Bills, or would you rather they lose the last two games and get a better pick? Make the playoffs for sure, but honestly I can't see them winning against the Bills unless they're resting starters, that team is fricking loaded and Allen is back to playing well.

I swear Bill is sometimes the luckiest head coach in football. Tua is out giving them a great chance to win and Buffalo might have nothing to play for. If Buffalo loses and KC wins this week (good chance for both to happen) I'm not playing my starters hoping KC losses to Jarret Stidham and the Raiders. If KC loses and Buffalo wins then it's over since Buffalo has the tiebreaker.

I am never in favor of just giving up. that is nothing but a loser attitude and would want them to fight and play as best as they can. They may lose anyway, but at least go down fighting.

I can't imagine jmei's question had anything to do with the players not performing and/or trying. Just a question of what you want the outcome to be.

Put into context, only top 5 picks are out of reach, top 7 are unlikely. Yet top ten pick based on coin flip is with in reach. Your range is basically top 8 to pick 20. Lose out and get the better pick. Not that long ago the difference in one pick was not getting Justin Jefferson.
We all know Bill will 100% play to win. Best case close games we don't win, just let Stevenson do his thing at the end lol.
You have to remember it's X amounts of spots in each round. Nevermind the higher you are, the easier to trade up and the move value to move down

1. Everyone come out healthy (no long term injuries)
2. Offense show some positive signs
3. No Mac drama
4. Young (potential) core to continue to show
If those things happen AND they can get the better pick, great.

You know about the offense and Mac , they both are struggling. But to me I want to give Mac a chance with a Obrien or someone with that pedigree. He got robbed. If he had a sophomore struggle with Mcdaniels that would be one thing. . One more thing the one guy kicking ass Bourne is in Patricia doghouse. I have to think BB took a major hit to his legend . First call to Obrien. Then fill out the staff not this skeleton crew we have. The Pats took pride on coaching up there players . It’s not there . But they did play hard . I feel for some of these guys.
Get the best pick possible.
Buffalo wants the home game. They don’t want to go to KC.

Andrew Callahan on EEI just now made a comment about Patricia coaching the offensive line is a problem.

No one talking about Josh McDaniels moving on from Derek Carr after 15 games with an OC that no one would have questioned if he was promoted?
Glad to finally see Stidham get a chance on a talented offense. Yet almost like it's hard to come in and change a system. Even when you have a good veteran QB, elite WR, darn good RB and other good weapons, with a much improved offense line. To go along with a coach who's strengths is offense and a hand picked OC who spent 3 years under him on Patriots.

I followed up with Andrew on Twitter and really didn't say much about the issue other than confirming that the OL is more than just a title for MP.
As far as Derek Carr goes, he's been a loser in other systems. They got him a HC who is suppose to be offensive minded and a new OC. They got him weapons and he still failed. At this point, you point the finger at Carr and see if the coaching you have can work with a new QB. It's not a good start for McDaniels.

I dont care for Carr either I dont like or dislike the player

I can see McDaniels calling Brady after the season. A coach Brady knows and a system he likes. It certainly could happen. I hope Tommy goes out with another ring. No chance he ends up in NE.

You'd have to think if they want him, Brady is going to the 49ers. That defense, those weapons, it's perfectly set up for Brady.

Shaun Wade was one of your two healthy CB last practice, you've carried him on roster for two years basically. He's played outside, inside and safety. Major injuries and you healthy scratch him? Call up two guys off practice squad at CB.
If the guy sucks then move on

Omg the NFL explaining forward progress on Stevenson, then you get that! Not even close, fumble all day.

I am increasingly of the view that Mac Jones is just a bad QB.

This team is simply not good enough. In fact, not very good at all.
Aside from that - Happy New Year, all!

That was a fumble pure and simple..Ball was pulled out before knees hit the ground. How is that not a challenge?, That was an important play at the time where it happened. It is the reason these games can be a crapshoot because of the officiating. They have to clean up what a fumble is actually. There are too many variables to make any sense.

Kyle Duggar is tied for the third-most TDs on the team.
