They looked dead tonight. At one point no shots for ~10 minutes in the third. After 4-5 days off? Team looked gassed. A bit concerning.

I'm not too worried that it means something terrible. They looked like the better team for most of the night, but the lapses and the number of over-passes and botches was annoying. The lost PP goal ont he barely offside was disheartening. Aggravating game overall. |

Due for a loss. A lot of self-inflicted wounds. Not enough shooting on A meh goalie (cough Coyle cough). Wouldn’t shock me to see them bully the Wings this weekend to make up for it

A little shaky from Ullmark, but came up big in the 3rd. One of the best saves of the year sprinkled in.
Still expect a blowout type of W tomorrow.

Marchand and Krejci look extremely old right now, super tired. They really need a couple rest days somehow, some way. They both play incredibly stupid when they're this exhausted. Glad to see Pasta find his shot again today, maybe he goes on a hot streak coming up.
Overall team is fighting it badly right now. The Fatigue of this dense schedule is something they're losing to badly right now.

50-10-5 is such a satisfying record. All divisible by 5!
Not too worried about lethargic match matinee games. They looked god awful for the first 35 min or so today. Liked the heart shown in the 3rd but you’re just not gonna win many games playing like they did in the first half of that game

I would like to point out that they were 10-0 in their last 10 heading into this game…I wouldn’t exactly say they’re fighting it. On the PP they are but as a whole? Still been pretty damn good outside of a few periods here and there

Still fighting it. Raycroft just outlined it on the intermission report: Earlier in the year, they had focus, they had killer instinct, they had finish. Right now, there is a lack of all of those things. This is an objectively different team for the past ~week. I hope they fight through it and get out of it, but given the past ~10 years, this is a team that doesn't always fight out of it. They often cave in and lose. I pray this team is different. This year has been a hell of a ride so far. I have enjoyed watching them all year so much, up until last week. What a year, please boys, bring it around. No first round chokes!
