Getting Sale figured out is the biggest concern for me. Everything else is due for some better results due to track record.

It's depressing that Nunez is about to rehab and come back and take Chavis' spot lol. Chavis is already better than Nunez in every way Agreed and DD and co. have to recognize that by now |

Regardless of whether a lot went right last year, this team is coming off winning the division 3 years running. The track record of success is established, thus making this pitiful performance to date all the more unexpected.
Have to hope that the water finds its level, and that it hasnt already found its new level.

I'm more annoyed with the offense. Bullpen gonna bullpen but let's not ignore that 3 hits in 8 innings aint cutting it.

The fastball is so flat and hittable from Sale. Slider has been good today but the fastball doesnt scare anyone right now so they can sit on it.

why does stuff like that happen with this team so often (even the last few years)? theres just no reason for Vaz to ever attempt a steal, let alone with Mookie at the plate. Also if he doesnt go the defense isnt shifted and Mookie probably gets a hit there... |

Nice write-up, thanks for that! Interesting watching the 2080 video in your piece compared to the BP video from the SP guy in Fort Myers. He seems to have added the crouch since High School.
