Oh wow... I really hope he is okay. David is an incredible person not just to this organization, but to this world.

Just here to quietly announce that we are all blessed to witness Rafael Devers blossoming into a 22 year old superstar before our very eyes; that is all.

Positives of the past few games: JBJ showing life! Devers turning into a superstar before our eyes! Xander playing like a top 3 SS in this league! JBJ has looked like he's back, but he's been dreadful tonight. 3 Ks in 3 ABs and I could swear it's on 9 swinging strikes without him making contact even once. Yeah... You're not wrong. Picked a heck of a time to make that proclamation, hah.

Its beyond dumb that Nunez is starting, nevermind even still on the team. I appreciate what he's done for the Sox and the effort he put in last postseason. But lets move on, please.

Mookie-Devers-JD is as formidible of a 3 as I can remember. Stuff of nightmares for pitchers. Agreed Benny has no business leading off.

Barnes is just doing his best Kimbrel heart attack impression! Hes going to get out of it. He planned this.

Bad games do happen. But that was embarrassingly awful. Losing it in the first inning before recording 3 outs. I feel like the jig is up with Hector, there's only so much success a guy can have with stuff that pedestrian. Heres the thing, Hector is a fine 5th starter / swingman that gives the Sox a chance against a meh team. But hes not beating the Astros.

glad we are downgrading our outfield defense (with the red hot astros who hit the ball hard and porcello who needs the defense) so we can let a hitter worse than Jackie be our DH. excellent But Nunez is so good that we need to get his bat into the lineup against a righty! Makes sense.

Its crazy to see how far forward Raffy is meeting the ball, with a beautiful swing plane too. Hes absolutely locked in.

Great win and run for the team, amazing to see Raffy and the starters really stepping up. Raffy's truly headed on an Ortiz-lite path and its amazing to witness.

Stevens playing Hayward has been inexcusible. Also it wasn't fun while it lasted, bye Kyrie.

Kyrie should be embarrassed whining about fouls then playing like he has.

Wow, Kyrie playing like the worst player on either team. All alone on Ego Island.

What a Jekyll and Hyde team. So weird. But the Bucks are legit. Lets see how they adjust in Boston.

Such bad shot selection after the Celtics got back within 3, but that stuff is rewarded by Stevens so they’re gonna keep taking them. Marcus Morris midrange party, woohoo!

Would be awesome if the Celtics can steal this one, but I don't expect them to. I think they will. Kyrie just scored his first points and they're very much in this game.

Lol I love Eck so much, on Moreland's HR: "...and he gets a two seamer that doesn't sink! Yeah, it sunk over the fence is what it did!"

If that was intentional and I'm the reliever, Duran is getting a fastball someplace that hurts. That's a stupid, dangerous mentality. "Lets deliberately hurt a player because he did a play we didn't like" has no place in any sport.

Way to show up today Sox. Bang up job. Or - gasp - there are other actually good teams and players in the MLB! Who would have thought.
